around this time last month i traveled to Eugene, OR for my Grandfather's memorial service. while i was there, i had the opportunity to meet a lady face to face that i'd previously only known via Facebook. we met for coffee one morning and wound up spending the entire day together, just walking around town and talking. i wanted to thank her for taking the time out of her busy life for me, a virtual stranger, so i made up a little remembrance book using photos i took while on our walk together, some scrapbook supplies and old cards.
i will mail it to her on Monday. i hope she likes it as much as i like making it for her.

Comment by Kara on August 26, 2012 at 3:35am What a great idea! I am sure she will love it. I don't know if she lives in the area but it is always nice to see your town through the eyes of a stranger. People almost never get out and photograph where they live.

I like that you had fun making it too. I totally get that. You look so good in the picture. You remind me of one of those people who doesn't have to try to look good. You just always do.
