Act the way you want to feel...

There is this quote that I stumbled across in a book once that talked about how when we don't feel the way we want to act, we should act the way we want to feel, and the feeling will soon follow. It is a cloudy day in Western Washington and so begins my journey to bring sunshine into the world! A great deal of people in the northwest suffer from a vitamin D deficiency because we get so little sunshine here; this deficiency contributes to S.A.D. or what is known as seasonal affective disorder, and so it is easy to wake up on a cloudy morning in the Seattle area and to be completely unmotivated. This 29 days of giving is going to be a challenge, but a challenge that I have great hope for...maybe I can bring some healing to the people around me, and be healed in turn! This is my first day of the challenge and I have no idea what I am going to give, but I am taking that leap... <3
