Another round, Day 1 - note of congratulations
Today I wrote a note to a former manager of mine who just received employee of the month for the whole college! He is a great manager and wonderful person. Lately he has taken on a heavier load due to personnel changes and that was highlighted in the article about him. I told him that I thought he deserved it irregardless of all that because he was great even before that!
