Today I decided was a good starting point. While I'm not a practicing Catholic, I still reflect on this time as a period for reflection and inner peace through conscious efforts. So----the day started with the opportunity to help my youngest son (40 years old) with sitting at his house with his son Ian while he took his youngest to the doctor. This required me leaving the school where I am the administrator. This does not put me in my comfort level. But, Rich seldom ask for help and he had called twice. While there one of the teachers called and ask me to pick up a gift certificate for her on my way to the doctor before returning to work. By this time my plate was so full I felt in need of joining weight watchers for over achievers. Instead I decided to focus on the task at hand as my starting point.
