Cycle 3 - Days 3 & 4

I was out til late last night so didnt get online -

I was out hugging a friend who is having a stressful time – then following it up (this morning) with a supportive and loving text message.

 

Today I bought tea and biscuits for a friend at work today.

Today I went to a meeting  - i wasnt sure what the agenda was but it turns out it was to give me a box of chocs for some help i gave some really lovely people.
