Day 1
I am listening to Cami's book on CD in my car every day and gave my gift today before I had even decided to start the movement! I made biscuits and gravy for my boyfriend because it is his favorite and I made extra for his co-workers. I have a feeling a lot of my gifts might be homemade meals since I love to cook! I am really looking forward to this. Oh, on the CD she mentions different affirmations you can say to yourself every day...does anyone have any of those that they can share? Thanks!

yummy-food is always a good gift. Affirm what you would like to see in your life.Recently when I was having money problems I affirmed I am lit up and playing full out.That changed my focus.
