I thought my first "give" should be to the Featured Cause, so today I made a donation through ChipIn towards Mbali's Trip. I think if I'm going to ask others to be involved with something, I should put my money where my mouth is, and make a meaningful contribution myself.

I've been spreading the word about the 29-Day Giving Challenge, and am hoping others will see it as exciting an opportunity as I do.

i didn't think it would ever happen for me, either. we have enjoyed it so far. we've been home for several months helping my mother in law through her health problems but hope to take off again about June. i am sure ready now that winter is about done :-D Hugs, Dawn

I see you and your husband are doing something I always thought would be fun - leaving home for an extended trip around the country in some sort of mobile home. I have many wonderful "internet" friends all across the US and thought it would be a hoot to visit them all for a short time, then continue on...

I don't really think it will ever happen for me, but I'm glad to see SOMEONE'S doing it!
