Day 16
Today, I gave a family birthday party for my husband. It wasn't really a difficult party--we just had pizza, and I made a big (delicious) salad and then a yummy dessert. But, of course, it was lots of work anyway, just getting the house cleaned up, etc. Anyway, I would have done this even if I weren't doing the giving challenge, but in thinking about it afterwards, I realized that entertaining family and friends is actually a kind of gift.
