Day 17 - morning assistance for my neice
Came down from my shower this morning to see the answer machine blinking. It was a message from my neice saying if I was around in the next 10 minutes to call her. She sounded distressed and I was worried. Called her right back. She had taken her car into the shop for a recall issue and they couldn't get it done in time for her to take it to her babysitting job so she was walking and hoping for a ride. I had gotten ready for work early so I jumped in the car and raced to her. I wish I had gotten the call earlier, because she was almost there, but I saved her some distance and got her there in time!
