Be Happy [ten steps to happiness]
A little positive video reminder for us all.
Day 2
Today I am going to give my time. My SIL is having a Halloween party for 20 kids and even though this would be a great opportunity to get in some alone time with DH I recognize how hard it is to put on parties with no help. Hopefully walking around with 20+ children trick-or-treating also can count as my walking for the day! I have also volunteered to take her 3 kids along with mine to do the Grandma rotation so that she has time to set up the party.

It sounds like fun. If you want a workout while you are out, then when you are waiting for them, you can do squats. It keeps your heart rate up and tones your booty;)
