I gave a jute bag of tins of food to a neighbour today, who works with a food bank in the local area. I love the feeling that someone will have warm soup and I have helped a little. I gave my favourite soup too. He was surprised when I just handed him the bag. A nice feeling.
I am sending forgiveness to someone that really upset me by not respecting my feelings by not saying a simple thank you for my hours of help and taking all the credit.
I recieved some wonderful advise from my mum and a fab. hug too!

You are awesome to forgive, a gift to yourself as well...your gift of the food was so thoughtful and generous..you have touched many!
Nice list of Gives & Receives! Welcome & have fun with the Challenge. I love the way you described the reason that person needed forgiveness.... also very generous of you esp when they did not ask for it.
