Day 23-28
I helped a colleague to finish some of his work
I bought 3 shirts to gift to 2 uncles & my dad
I emailed a friend (from a long time ago who I haven't heard from a while). I hope she's ok - but I have a feeling that she's not
One of my friends passed away at age 28 - I prayed for him today
I did some loving kindness meditation - it felt so great (my gift for myself)
I gave some coins as donations
I applied for a community volunteering positing starting end of October :)
