29-Day Giving Challenge

Day 24 is a gift of many prayers. My cousin Allison met a boy named John when she was 7 & he was 8. They grew up seeing each other every summer when she would come to Tennessee from Texas to visit family. They both loved to ride horses. Then as we all got older & out of high school they lost touch & she went on to college & didn't get to come back every summer anymore...they went there separate ways, met other people , had kids, got divorced & now they have reconnected & have been dating for about 3 years, well tonight they got married up in the Great Smoky Mountains (Townsend Tennessee) Where they met as kids. I think it was always meant to be. Tonight I pray for them & their marriage & the challenges that they face & for my aunt (Allisons mom) who has cancer...& many, many more prayers for others who need them...

Awww...we love to hear those kinds of stories.  I'm sure it isn't all roses, but a heartwarming story.

it does sound as if Allison and John were meant for each other. perhaps they were just waiting for the right time in one another's lives...time is everything you know ;-)  prayers are very special gifts and one can never give too many or run out of them either...Hugs, Dawn
