Day 24 - a couple of little things
Today I had the day off work so I did a couple of my favorite things. After I got the kids on the bus, I curled up in a blanket on the couch and slept for 3 hours! After lunch I rode my bike on a trail in a park that I haven't been on in ages and used to go on all the time. It was so beautiful with all the trees changing color. I also offered to babysit my neighbor's kids for free tomorrow night since her babysitter had to have unexpected surgery. She turned me down, but I told her to keep thinking about it and let me know if she changed her mind. Lastly, my son asked if I wanted to play cards while I was in the middle of watching a TV show. I said no because I was watching the show. After about 5 seconds, I said to myself, "What is wrong with you?! Turn off the TV!!!" We played double solitaire and won. : )
