Today's donations to Goodwill included:
Framed picture - one of the 1st 'art' items purchased for our 1st home circa 1999 - it was so expensive to me at the time.
decorative shelves circa 1996
baby stroller - our last baby to use it is now 7
blinds that we never installed
home dec fabric circa 2007
silk scarf/poncho/wear it multiple ways gift from my mother-in-law - It's absolutely beautiful, but just not for me.
It felt really good to give away the stroller and the artwork. Maybe because I had the most memory attached to those items.

You let go of some great items! Way to go! It has to make you feel lighter:)
Comment by Blessed Wyoming Mom (Lisa) on July 27, 2012 at 5:36pm Isn't it great to be able to gift others with things you no longer need/use/want? My family is constantly paring down our "stuff," and I love know that I can gift others with things I no longer use/love. It's also less stressful to bless someone else rather than holding onto things in the hopes that I might make a penny or two at a yard sale.
Goodwill made out today! Very nice giving, JJ~
