Day 27

There was a poor man outside the church when I walked in and out, so some spare change for him is what I gave.  And inspired on the post of one of our 29er friends, I don't recall at the moment who it is, I am working on a little project.  Making cards for hospitalized kids.  For this Sunday is Children's Day, so it is a lovely occasion to work on this!  Blessed are you, my friend, for sharing this site with us, for you gave me the opportunity to do something I love for the most beautiful little beings on this Earth.  I love the fact of actually making something for someone special.  And special is each and everyone of us! ;)

Of course! It´s Michele who shared the link! Fantastic idea. It´s in Argentina where I am, on the second Sunday of August, Children´s day is celebrated every year. I am not aware of how this custom started, but gifts are given to them and they are honored on this day :) Your grandkids are so happy to have you! Great luck to you as well, Lois!

I love that this Sunday is Children's Day where you are! The cards will mean so much...that was Michele who brought us that link! I'm waiting for my grandkids to come back from vacation, and we will set up a project too!
