Day 27 - little things
Day 27 was the busiest day of the week. I was at work the whole day. I had lunch planned with a friend. After work I had to drive to 3 different schools at the other end of the city to ick up the kids. Believe me, doing this during rush hour in Toronto took me an hour and a half!. Then I had to get changed and drive back down town for a function. I came back home at 11 and went directly to bed!
I knew i wouldn't have the time to think of a gift, so i tried to keep my eyes open for opportunities. I gave money to a homeless man I met on my way to lunch with my friend. During the reception in the evening, I chatted with people that Mark had invited and who didn't know anybody, trying to make them feel more comfortable.

Great gives for the day. You know that the homeless man appreciated your help. Nothing is more awkward than being at a function and not know anyone. You did a good job making them feel comfortable.
