This day came very quickly and I thought that I would have some great gift organised to end the challenge. I did however make a phone call to an ex colleague as my gift. She had phoned and left a message to invite me to lunch. I had declined (via text) as I am not sure I am ready to have anything to do with my old job yet. However I was thinking about the whole use of texting etc in todays world and thought that I should at least try and make a more personal contact. So I drove to a quiet part of town with a piece of chocolate for moral support and made the call. And it was ok.
I then went and spent a most enjoyable afternoon catching up with a friend.
Thank you to everyone in this community for sharing this part of the journey with me. Peace be with you.
