29-Day Giving Challenge

Day 6 - Contributed to gift card

One of my neighbors' daughter (13 yo) has been in the hospital for over 2 weeks due to a ruptured appendix and complications that ensued.  Quite a different story from my less than 24 hour stay when I got mine out last Dec.  Another neighbor works at that hospital and organized a "chip in" for us to get her a cool little gift card for the hospital.  She can use it for parking, the cafeteria, gift shop, whatever she needs.  I chipped in. : )
