Day 7
My gift for Day 7 was to drive my mom to her dentist appointment. She was having really bad tooth pain so I offered to drive her in case she did not feel like driving home. About 15 minutes after I dropped her off at the dentist, the sky opened up with a torrential downpour-the likes of which I have not seen in a VERY long time. So I ended up giving myself a gift by proving to myself that I could drive in rain like that without freaking out (I am recovering from a car accident and have slowly been re-entering the driving world lately). I had to wait until the rain subsided before I could go back and pick up my mom but I managed to do so AND stay safe!

I'm glad you drove safely, that can be intimidating when it's a downpour! I hope your Mom is okay with her tooth now.
