I made plans with my older neighbor to help her set up a new computer she had gotten at a yard sale. When I got there I found the job was a lot bigger than expected as she still had an ancient and very heavy computer set up on her desk from the ice age. The "new" computer was also missing a few parts so a trip to Staples was necessary. I finally got everything up and running (I am a self taught computer nerd and often have to ask my teenage son for assistance. I was proud of myself not to need him this time) I gave her a few basic lessons and watched her to make sure she really understood. Then I ran home and got my label maker and labeled all the cords and computer parts for her. It was actually fun and I have a feeling of accomplishment. I was able to reprogram her phone while I was there as well which had been giving her trouble for months. Good day!
