Ahh...the "mom" problems. Middle son is starting high school this year. Came across a big conflict in scheduling 2 classes he really wants/needs. It was presented to us as "just pick which one you want." I don't think it's that simple and I am asking questions and doing research and "fighting" for my son. Any of you moms out there know how this becomes intensely personal and potentially volatile! : ) I have a good friend with whom I've been releasing all my crazy tirades to, but when I have been communicating with the guidance counselor, I have remained calm and polite and thanked her each time for her efforts and even told her that I realize we are not the only problem she is dealing with.

I admire that you are able to keep your cool at school....and I hope everything gets smoothed out and he gets the classes he needs! Take care...what a blessing that you have a good friend to vent to!
Good giving. I admire you being able to keep your cool. Good luck. Hope you get it resolved~
