i could be wrong, but i would think that it would take more gear than fits into a suitcase to survive a winter on the streets of Brooklyn NY. i'm glad that he finally accepted your gift, good for you being persistent. are cigarettes really $9.25 up there? that's insane. Hugs, Dawn

I guess he is in a survival mode protecting himself from outsiders. May be he has had bad experiences with people approaching him. may be he will think of you at a later time in a much kinder way. Well done They say a picture speaks for itself and this one does to me.
