Day 9 and 10: a card and French toast

Yesterday I sent out a birthday card to a very important person. Father Steve has done so much to help my family over the years. He is a priest that is very close to us. With the recent death of my cousin, life has been especially tough on my grandmother and my aunt.
Father Steve has been there to help with the viewing and funeral and to comfort my family.
My give for yesterday was to write out a nice birthday card to him and send it out. He deserves so much more but I know he will value this small gesture.
Today I give the gift of thick, sweet and warm French Toast. I got up and made this breakfast for my wife and son. They really enjoyed a nice family breakfast. We all ate way too much! Have a wonderful day everyone!!!

Delicious. Wish I had someone to make breakfast for me. : )

When it comes to birthdays, I think cards make the best gifts
