Day 9: smiles all round
It took some effort at times, but I did it. I was extra nice to the salad bar guy and the cashier and the guys behind the reception at gym. I also helped a colleague with some of her work.
I don't have a washing machine at my place and the gift given to me today was my brother not only offering to let me use his washing machine, but saying that I can just drop if off at his house and his domestic worker will do it for me! What a bonus! :) another gift I was given today was a friend sending me a reminder and an invite to join him on a trail run this weekend, which I have been wanting to do, but not by myself.
Karma is real! :)

A smile and taking the time/energy to treat people well are such wonderful gifts beyond value. I find that even though it's sometimes a struggle to do those things, it enriches my day as much as those around me. Sounds like you received some great gifts, too.
