Day Four
This morning I had my carpet cleaned and decided to give the cleaner some of my photo cards. He was very surprised and seemed to like them. In the afternoon, I ran to the grocery store to get some ingredients for the Christmas cookies I intend to bake tomorrow. In the produce department, a man in a wheelchair had problems getting a plastic bag for his vegetables, so I helped him with that. I hope I made life a little easier for him. It was nice to see that other people also gave him a hand.
On this fourth day of giving, I feel uncomfortable talking about the things I do for other people. It somehow seems to take away from it.
