29-Day Giving Challenge

Friday evening could yet bring more.

 

I started my day by giving a gift of stretching to myself. I added short runs to my morning routine, and as a result my hips and lower back have been aching. I spent several minutes breathing into each area this morning, without concerning myself with the clock. Long term health is better than getting to work early!
