Day 11: I shared a video about programmed obsolence.
Day 12: I took my valuable morning time to help my sister. She had been waiting for her friend to send her the data to find a book she needs to coach her kid and her students. I asked her which one it was. Looked it up on the web and sent her the link with it. I guided her through the selection process of the right textbook, buying, dowloading it and finding it on her computer. My mother was taking some notes from a yoga book, so I asked her what she was up to and helped her correct the postures on the new exercises she was adapting. I voluntarily did the dishes! Offered to take my father to the dentist, but he declined the offer. It happens!
Peace to all!
