Days 18 - 20

Day 18 came and went, and I didn't think I'd given anything, when I remembered all the smiles I'd shared with people at the grocery store. I think that's a give - the gift of community and laughter.

Day 19 brought the opportunity for me to give a bunch of job leads to two women in a program I've created with a fellow coach called The Results Club. We're helping job-seekers by teaching classes on resumes, interviewing, networking, social media, etc. The program's almost over, but I've connected to a great group of participants and will continue to help them in their searches.

Day 20 - Today was my first day volunteering at the animal shelter. I cleaned cages, changed litter boxes, replenished food and water bowls, and swept floors. Oh, and got the gift of scratching a few cats behind the ears!

You have been very busy giving to the community with your smiles. This is one of my favorite gives. Helping find job leads. Wow this is incredible. You are helping to keep up the spirits of those you work with.
So, after all that work and giving the animals a clean home, you got to spend time with kitties. What a good day.
