Days 3, 4, & 5

Day 3 - I listened to one of my friends who is having a chronic back problem. I gave her my full, undivided attention.

Day 4 - I gave my students my patience. I normally dread one of my classes on Thursday mornings. I approached the class with a positive attitude. I'm not sure if they were any better behaved for it, but I certainly felt better after class was over. Less stressed and less emotionally drained.

Day 5 (today) - I told a fellow dancer that he is wonderful. The day is young, so I plan to give more than that. I should do something nice for my bosses. It is national boss's day, and they are both amazing women. Maybe I will write them a little note to let them know how much I admire them. I could just make that a theme for the day. It's a good habit to get into. I'm also going to try to give myself what I need. Often, I find it easier to put others' needs first. Sometimes because I don't know what I need, and sometimes because what I need is to make a difficult decision.

Listening is a great give to your friend. I am glad that your class went better with your extra patience to thank. Encouragement to a fellow dance always a great give. Good luck making that decision.
