This morning I got up and changed my routine and decided to meditate and do yoga instead of my fast pace get the world started that I usually do. I keep talking about wanting to meditate and do yoga but I just talk. My intention and gift to me is to schedule it in daily. This gift I give my self I feel will multiply into compassion, patience and better giving. I need to slow my mind and get rid of some of the chatter and I believe that will free up my mind from anxiety and worry and in turn will help me with my focus to be mindful and be able to give fully to those I love and to make a difference and be able to be more mindful in my giving! Looking forward to this new part of my journey!
