Giving at home and caring for myself: Days 14-16 and 17 -19

I meant to get to this sooner but was sidetracked by a yucky sinus infection that was only yesterday finally diagnosed so that I could start the right medication. What a difference today!

Day 14 I sewed stars and patches on my son's Taekwondo uniform. It means so much to him and I am very slow so it took me an hour and a half!

Day 15 Gave my husband and daughter backrubs even though I felt miserable with this infection.

Day 16 My husband gave to me. I stayed home while he took the kids to NJ to celebrate his sister's birthday. I got to rest.

Day 17 Making 25 angels for my birthday party coming up this weekend for the guests.

Day 18 More angels and I donated to my favorite homeless person but she didn't have any flowers.

Day 19 Suddenly having some energy again after feeling miserable for days. I cleared out clutter and vacuumed and dusted. That doesn't sound like much except that in our house the roles are usually reversed. My husband is better at cleaning than I am. He will be thrilled. And I have more clothes and toys to donate!

Thanks, Elly Rose. Yes, I guess I was busy. I am enjoying this process. I have not been able to look at a lot of the other blogs on this site though, which I would like to do.

I am glad that you are feeling better now. You stayed very busy giving while you were under the weather. Clearing the clutter is a great give to your house, husband and family.
