Last Friday was one of the girls last day at the daycare. I didnt get to say goodbye to her because everything was so hectic with the pre school graduation. She is a very caring and sweet young lady. Anyway, I remembered a couple weeks back when she told me she had given her notice, she told me that she wasnt very good with kids anyway. I remember thinking at the time that I thought she was great with the kids but I didnt say so. Everytime I seen her with the children, she was laughing and playing with them. The little girls were always going to her to get their hair done and she hardly ever told them no. Anyway, I sent a message to her via Facebook telling her how great she was with the kids and how much she is going to be missed at the daycare. And I wished her goodluck in whatever she chose to do with her future. This may not sound like much of a gift to some but I felt like it was something I needed to do.

Your gift will change her life~
Sometimes we need someone else to point out our strengths. Whatever she does from here, you gave her some confidence to go along with it. That's a fantastic gift.
I am sure she will appreciate your message...that was a wonderful thing to do for her.
