Yesterday, my fourth day, my gift was a meal for my dad (the leftovers of my delicious meal of the day before). One of the gifts I received today, was my dad telling me how much he liked it :-)
Also yesterday, my 4-year-old daughter (who will turn 5 next Wednesday) wanted to make cupcakes with me. I think it's because she loves eating them, but she also wants to help in the kitchen :-). So we made plenty of healthy cupcakes together. The recipe is so simple, and I put some maple syrup instead of sugar, there was whole meal (spelt), biological oil, and rice milk. And the result is really yummy!! :-D We first made the simple ones, and than we made some with hazelnuts. But we had too much to eat!! So I decided to take them to work today, as my gift for my colleages. And it was very well received. My boss even said I could do that more often :-) And I think I will!
