I always work in the field of technology. Sometimes, the stress is huge.  While working, it's hard to smile for me. I love people, but sometimes, lots of people around me think that I am serious or cold. I believe there are some people don't like me. I need time to let people know me and like me finally. 

 

Actually, I have just joined this new company less than 3 months. Over here, I am a R&D manager with two junior partner. My partners are very young, and I am surprised that I deal with them very happy quickly. Today, I spent time to teach them some technical knowledge. I found I enjoy in their eyes that are full of huger for learning.

 

BTW, today, I drove my asistant to take the bus because her hand got hurt. I hope her hand is alright...
