I have been making efforts each day to give mindfully. A few days ago I wrote a card to my parents thanking them for always being there for me during all of the changes in my life. It really has made my transitions easier. Yesterday I gave the gift of attention and conversation to a woman who really wanted to talk about her daughter's wedding. She is really excited, and I remember how I felt when I was getting married. She appreciated the conversation. Today I spent time with a co-worker talking and helping her work through a few things.
