Can't believe I missed this post!  Thanks for reminding everyone that it takes constant input from the people for our government to be of the people, for the people and by the people.

To Americans:  Speak up!  Tell YOUR representatives where you stand on matters that affect us all, especially those that are most important to YOU.

My motto (ok, one of many I cough up) is "If your attitude is 'whatever', you'll get whatever is left."  This was said to a low-performing employee in the past, but applies here, as well, don't you think?

PS - I send emails to the White House often.
