Today I sat down and wrote a long letter to my fiancee that he will get when he gets home tonight.
We got in an argument last night about him no longer working out, as he use to work out nearly every day... I bought him a two year gym membership... he never goes anymore. He told me I am materialistic. I told him he was disgusting.
le sigh.
His daughter is medically obese. He has been inactive for a long time. I brought it up recently because his daughter is MEDICALLY OBESE. We have to go to a special program at the childrens hospital... and he still continues to eat like a pig and lay around the house.
I am bitter yes. But I told him he can do what he wants. If he doesnt want to be in shape, that's his prerogative. But be a good role model for your daughter Raymond. SO if not for you.. for her.
I wrote him a long letter stating this and more, apologizing for my attitude, and letting him know that I need time and space to think. I tried to be as nice and only talk about my amends in the letter, and not so much finger pointing.

Comment by Ayanadnb on September 14, 2012 at 9:26am thanks for being supportive, and non-judgemental. All is well... we apologized to each other, and we came up with a healthy plan for the whole family. not just him, and not just his daughter - but ALL of us :)
I hope things will work out honey. You are very caring and I hope he sees that~ xoxo
I wish you all the best as this is a very tricky and personal subject.
