New Round 7, Day 18: Donation and petition
A petition arrived in the mail today from Amnesty International. I get a lot of pleas for donations from this organization or that, and I can't respond to many -- who can? -- but this one was about a massive campaign to fight violence against women, and that has personal meaning to me. I wrote them a donation, signed the petition, and put it in an envelope to mail tomorrow.
