Painting for my sisters smile...

Hi Friends... My give for the last two days were spent on my sister. She purchased a starter home this last June. Its old and a bit run down, but its hers! She never had things come to easy for her. She spent a good 15 years a single mom of 3, and always working dead end jobs to make the rent and feed her kids. She is one of the strongest souls I know and I never tell her how much I admire her for it. Anyways, my family looks to me for coordinating colors in their homes. So I took that challenge in my sisters home. We picked the colors together months ago, and now that money is a bit better for her, we did it! She now has the most gorgeous dining room I've ever seen! I just can't get over what paint, a simple window scarf and a few decorations can do for a room! It is sharp! She looked around in amazement and said it looks like someone else's house. I told her, just wait till I get to that kitchen! I like to paint, but spending the time with my sister and doing anything to see her smile is worth a sore back and feet......... any day!
