29-Day Giving Challenge

At the coffee shop, they have a loyalty card of sorts - every 10th coffee is free. So today I asked them to give my free coffee to a random stranger. I haven't done that in a while. It's a good thing I did, because nothing else came up (except for letting people go ahead of me in line).

I had a conversation this afternoon that kind of knocked the wind out of me. Something has shifted, and I'm not sure where it's going to net out - and I won't know for a while. I think and hope that ultimately, it will lead somewhere good, but it was unexpected and (for me) very intense. It's also related to the thunderstorm that has been cycling through me emotionally the past few days. So I abandoned work for the afternoon and just walked in kind of a daze.

All that to say, I don't feel particularly articulate or verbal tonight.

I hope you all had good Tuesdays. Cheers!

I hope this is a good thing for you.  I'm glad you were able to take it easy and take care of yourself.  Keep thinking positive!
