Yesterday my gift was gracefully dealing with an aggressive and loud personality who also had blocked me into the my office and didn't have an appointment with me. I gracefully and kindly dealt with them and didn't make the chiropractor who had let this person slip by her feel guilty about my predicament (I did get an apology but I was fine).
I listened as the person talked while doing my other work (sheets) then I compassionately talked briefly to them and then I just walked out of the office telling them I'd left my truck open (which I had.) They were surprised when I just walked out after I wrapped our conversation that I didn't let them trap me in conversation or trap me physically. They followed me into the parking lot and tried talking to me there but I just thanked them and said I had to go back into office (as I was no longer trapped it was easy). Easy peasy:) kind, compassionate, and graceful:)
