Round 2 Day 20- Compliments for All

So today I am feeling much better than yesterday. Thanks for all the support everyone! I decided today that I would try to find one thing about as many people as I could that I could compliment them on. It could be anything, what they were wearing, what they said! So for my co-worker I loved her necklace, my other co-worker had the best shoes on and we chatted about how excited we are to go to a networking event next week in a very cool place here in Philly, the two bank tellers with whom I dealt with today both had really pretty shades of orange on that complimented them well and the woman who rang up my lunch had cool purple nails! It's really amazing how you can see just one thing about a person, even if it's as simple as loving their nail color, and how it can help you change the way you approach that person. My co-workers and I tend to be very generous and gentle with one another however, we can get a bit serious with our work and forget to just take a breathe, think about something you like about that person, and then speak. It goes a long way in terms of the way in which you deal with people.

You are so right....it really lifts the person on the receiving end and  ends up lifting the giver's spirits too, a win/win:))
