Round 2 - Day 4
It's Mum's birthday tomorrow, last night I phoned her and said that my husband Kristen and I will take her out for a suprise lunch on Saturday.
My Dad will be away for Mum's birthday. This morning I phoned him and offered to purchase Mum a gift for him to save him the trouble. He was really appreciative. Mum has such a 'green thumb' and has recently started growing fruit. Therefore, I sourced a great nursery and have ordered her a number of fruit trees. I know she'll love it.
It feels really good to be back in the swing of conscious giving. This time round I am going to challenge myself to help out strangers during this journey. Any great ideas that you love would be welcome!
Hope everyone is having a beautiful day! I am off to catch up with a friend I haven't seen in over a year, I can't wait.
