time and messages and a pigeon..
I send a 2 heartfelt messages today and it felt really good to connect with old friends.
The funny thing today, I was driving along to the end of the road so I could do a u turn and a pigeon landed in front of the car, so I stopped and waited for the pigeon to cross the road (he flew off when he got to the curb!) but a cyclist saw this and started laughing, so I made and laughed with a stranger today!
I have also given myself some time to read a book, that in the longer term might help others and the way I think about the world and might be able to spread the knowledge.

You had an interesting day! I'll bet your friends appreciated hearing from you and connecting. The lighthearted feeling and laughter from making sure the pigeon was okay, sounds like a lift to the day for you and the stranger.
