and the week went where?!  can't believe it's almost october ...

let's do this in reverse order.  today, i sent a donation to ophelia's rescue group.  they have another group of dogs rescued from a puppy mill.  it's one of her favorite causes.  mine too.  thursday, i donated at check out to breast cancer research and checked in on someone at work whose mother has gone from independent to skilled nursing after a fall.  went through all that with my mother.  no fun.  hard to believe that she's been gone almost two years (this thanksgiving).  wednesday, i took a restaurant coupon to work (buy one, get one free) and left it for someone to find.  tuesday, i listened to someone at work who needed to talk.

glad it's the weekend.  sitting here on the sofa with two pups and a cat.  life is good!
