Because your message is truth & love I have no worries of its success or merit. Love is a "verb" thus requires action! Yoga is in the business of bridging mind - body - spirit of all sapient beings. An individual yoga practice is vital to individual health much in the same way that a "collective" yoga movement is to our world.

I was led to your site through a series of bread crumbs, that all started with Yoga at the OrangeCarbon Studio in Seattle, WA (http://www.orangecarbon.net). Through the yoga teaching & sharing of love through yoga my own battle with adv. state III breast cancer was fought & won! The Yoga redirected my thoughts of love to myself and my own body while I fought to live. I have committed to volunteer with the American Cancer Society as the local Mission Delivery Chair. It is through this position that I have begun to speak about Yoga and the amazing effects cancer treatments.
I take my Yoga everywhere and share my own experience and knowledge freely with young, old, men, women, couples and singles! Yoga is for EVERY body & it DOES THE BODY GOOD. Our yoga communities are the bridge to healing our broken hearts, bodies and spirit. As simple as it sounds, we need to spread love. Start by loving our own soul housing unit (body) and then begin to share the love with the universe.

Some other sites that are really promoting Yoga & Activism that I have found helpful in my own journey are:

Blessings - Peace - Love

Thank you for spreading the word and creating a safe community to discover "self" so that the change is not only a possibility it becomes reality! I love you all.
